Click on one of the buttons to the right to log in. Be aware that how you log in determines which role in a data collection you can be assigned to (see below).

Note: Open access Data Sharing Collections (DSCs) can be accessed without logging in. Visit our best practice page on selecting an appropriate access level and licence for your Data Sharing Collection for more information.

Radboud University and Radboudumc employees/students

If you are employed by or are a student at Radboud University, you can log in using the SURFconext button with your RU credentials. However, you can only be assigned as a manager of a collection in the RDR if you are an employee at Radboud University or the Radboudumc (i.e. if you log in with a U or Z number).

Employees/students at a Dutch research institute

If you have credentials for another SURF-supported Dutch research institute, you can log in with your institutional account using the SURFconext button. You can be authorised as collection viewer and collection contributor, but not as collection manager. If you work at a Dutch research institute that is not listed, see this page for information on how to get your organisation on the list.

Other researchers

If you have an ORCID account, you can log in by clicking the ORCID button. If you do not have or want to create an ORCID account, you can couple a social media account via eduID by clicking the SURFconext button and selecting eduID. You can be authorised as collection viewer and collection contributor, but not as collection manager.

For further help on how to log in, take a look at our User Manual. If you have any questions on how your login method determines the roles you can be assigned to, contact the RDM support team at rdmsupport@ubn.ru.nl. If you have problems logging in, contact the ICT helpdesk (email: icthelpdesk@ru.nl, telephone: 0031 (0)24 3622222). Researchers from Radboudumc should contact their own support team on datastewardship.im@radboudumc.nl.
